When I could not access the files on my laptop due to it being old and past its best I contacted Pete’s Computer Services for help. Pete managed to recover my files and downloaded them onto my new laptop. He gave me invaluable advice without the use of complicated jargon and saved me money on things I did not need.

Unbelievable customer service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, I will not use anyone else in future.

Fantastic experience with Pete, friendly and patient to chat with on phone, complex battery replacement I was not confident to tackle myself as everything had to be removed from the laptop chassis, only took him a few hours returned same day, amazing, so fast and efficient, couldn't praise Pete more for his excellent service, will definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend him.

Absolutely top class service.
Had a laptop 5 years old and not used anymore, incredibly slow and seemed unusable, spoke with Pete on the phone who gave me a few options to consider, dropped it off to his workshop and a day later it was like having a brand new laptop. Incredible value for money and meant I was able to donate the laptop to a friend starting his own business, saving him some start up costs.

My desktop PC failed so after searching for someone local to investigate, I was very fortunate to have found Pete's Computer Services. After Pete looked at my PC it was found to be u/s. So after purchasing a new PC, Pete set up it up and explained in detail the new configuration which was extremely helpful. Would happily recommend Pete.

Thanks to Pete for his time and advice, and ultimately for fixing my big black box. Pete was polite and understanding and went beyond the norm to fix my machine and ultimately keep my little business running. Well let’s start at the beginning….
I have a car, however I do not understand how the engine works !!!!
I have a tower computer, however I have no idea how it works !!!!!
The first mistake was downloading a programme that was advertised on the Daily Mail news pages …. FIRST MISTAKE.
The SECOND MISTAKE was when it messed up my computer and I tried to fix it.
THIRD MISTAKE was as I tried to correct the messed up computer I only made it worse.
Now we come to the FIRST CORRECT thing I did.
I took my computer around to Peter’s computer repairs at 11.00 hours on Thursday the 19th March 2020 and left it in their tender care.
The following day, at 1100 hours, I received a phone call from Peter to inform me my computer was up and running. They had saved all my files and updated what was required and of course removed the evil program.
So the story is, if you have a problem with your computer Peter is the man !!!!! This is service of a fist class standard.

Amazing service and price. My computer tried to do up dates but they did not complete meaning I could not use my computer at all and as I run my own business without my computer I cannot do anything. I have used this service last week & the guy was very helpful & steered me in the right direction thereby saving me a lot of money. Excellent service.

I took my Tosh’ laptop to Pete’s, as my DVD optical reader had ceased to communicate with my computer and operations had become very laboured. Pete had a quick look and said I need a replacement DVD reader. He also noted how slow the computer was performing, so I left it with him for the day. He ‘cleaned’ up the computer, getting rid of a lot of unnecessary files and lurking viruses, cleaning up the disc, leaving me with a much faster computer than it was previously. Pete found a new replacement DVD reader online and I took my Tosh’ back to him again to have it fitted. As the new DVD reader, came with a black drawer cover, Pete even took the grey coloured one off the old reader and put it onto the new, so my computer now looks as good as new.

I took my laptop into his shop that is within Shanklin town. It was running very slow and just takes 10 minutes to load. He had it for just over a day and I have just got it back, the speed has vastly improved. Excellent Sevice Would Recommend to friends and family.

Our laptop was in desperate need of a ‘service’. Pete was great as he had to spend quite a considerable amount of extra time on it, but it is now up to date and working like a dream.

An excellent and very professional service. I took my Toshiba lap-top in as it was coming up with various warnings regarding my computer was not turning off correctly.
